Upgrade the standard besecan that comes with D38 sat antenna, to diameter that will fit onto 5.5 inch OD" in-ground pipe. Extra long 64 inch basecan extends from 3.8m dihs backside all way down to ground. Used to allow D38 sat antenna to fit onto 2ft tall 5.5 inch OD pipe that was commonly used with old Comtech 3.8m antennas.
