TECHNICAL SERVICES - Technician will assist customer with installation, aiming, testing, and preparation of equipment for operation. Installation assistance to install, aim, test, and prepare antenna for operation. DAWNco shall not under any circumstances be liable for any claims or damages including direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages for any reason, regarding installation of antennas or any other equipment supplied. The factory will provide one technician to assist with the following duties:
1) Assist the customer in assembling the antenna mounting frame on the customer supplied foundation, 2) Assist the customer in placing the reflector onto mount, 3) Install the feedhorn, LNB's and antenna spars, 4) Align and proof the the antenna , feedhorn and the LNB's to a single satellite. All testing and confirmation of signal is done only at the antenna location.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior to the arrival of Technician, the customer must complete the following tasks: "DAWNco shall not under any circumstances be liable for any claims or damages including direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages for any reason, regarding installation services and/or equipment purchased.
1) All local zoning approvals and building permits must be secured. 2) Antenna support pad must be in and ready for antenna installation. 3) Conduit runs must in and cables pulled through conduit. 4) Lifting service scheduled for hoisting antenna on to mount, or 4-5 People to help throughout the antenna installation process. 5) Customer will have a ladder available for installer to use at time of installation. 6) Electrical service installed at antenna pad.
